To book a ride, you need to be on our website. The first thing to do is to visit Elite Airport Tranfser website. On the main page, you will see the following easy-to-use booking screen automatically:
You need to search for your pickup and drop off location as mentioned above. For example, we will be booking a ride from the University of London to the Heathrow International Airport. Once selected, click on Get Quote. This will take you to another step where you can choose from a range of vehicles, alongside their options and the price quotation.
Select the desired vehicle
On the bookings page, you will find multiple vehicles with their pricing. At this step, you can decide if you want an economical ride in a Prius or Skoda, or a more luxurious ride in a BMW, Audi or a Mercedes.
The price that you see at the lower left corner of the vehicle is what you will pay either in credit card at the time of booking, or via cash to the driver at the pickup point. Once you click Select Vehicle, you will be taken to a new page.
Here you can see your pickup and drop-off location at the top right, and other details at the bottom. This is the booking form. You need to enter the date, and time and hours and minutes at which you will be available for pickup at the airport at the University of London. Now select pay by cash or pay by card option. When you select cash, you will need to pay in cash at the time of pickup, whereas for a card, you will need to enter your card details in the next step and pay in advance. Don’t worry, either way, your ride will be confirmed for you. Select the relevant option and click Complete Booking.
Complete the payment
If you have opted for the credit card option, you will be redirected to our payment processor, Stripe, which is 100% safe and secure. You need to enter in your details such as your card information on the right, and click on Pay at the bottom.
Booking Confirmed
Once you complete the credit card payment or cash, which will be done at the time of availing the ride, you will see the following screen.
This is a Thank You screen, where you can see the details of your booking. Under Booking Confirmed, you can see your booking reference code and the the ride from and to locations that you have selected. If you want to update the ride with additional options, you can add those here. You will also receive a confirmation sms and an email. Here is how the email will look like.
The confirmation email will have the same details, and serves as a confirmation that your ride is now booked. Remember, you always have up to 3 hours in advance to cancel your booking. To do so, click on Cancel Booking, and you will be taken to a new page.
Here, you need to check Yes under the Are you sure you want to cancel your booking? Please confirm to proceed:. Once you click Confirm, your booking will be cancelled for free. Please note you can do so only within more than 3 hours left of your ride.
Once your booking has been cancelled, you will see this message on the screen, confirming the cancellation of your ride.
